Refund & Return Policy

Crestline Naturals Pty Ltd is committed to fair and transparent sales practices in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

1. Return Window

You may return Meta Crest Essential Essentials within 30 days of the delivery date. This is a voluntary policy that exceeds the statutory minimum and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact. As Meta Crest Essential Essentials is a food supplement (ingestible product), we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used packaging for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is consistent with the ACL's exceptions for certain goods.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return: (1) Contact us at info@strainingorganic.world or call +61 3 9012 4867 within 30 days of delivery. (2) We will provide return instructions and a delivery address. (3) Pack the product securely and send it via tracked post.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning for change of mind, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. As all purchases are paid on delivery (cash or card to courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you nominate.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch, free of charge. Notify us during the phone confirmation call or contact us at info@strainingorganic.world. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery - the order will be cancelled at no cost to you.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law - a replacement, repair or full refund. Contact us immediately with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
